Christopher Bunge Promoted to Senior Partner

Christopher Bunge was promoted to Senior Partner. Starting in Connecticut in 2002 and relocating to Watt Tieder’s Irvine, CA office in 2009, Chris has climbed the ranks from Associate to Senior Partner. Through his focus and hard work, Chris has established a nationwide practice handling disputes and transactions in multiple states. Though Chris is known throughout the industry as a committed trial lawyer, his work is also focused on contract drafting and negotiation, claim development and resolution, and counseling clients to identify and manage risk. At the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Law Midwinter Conference, Construction Program Cochairs Robert Niesley and John Sebastian assembled an all-star group of panelists, including Christopher Brasco and Vivian Katsantonis. They explored the laws affecting federal contractors, forums for dispute resolution with the federal government, updates on the False Claims Act, doing business with the federal government intentionally, takeover versus tender considerations, and more.
