Mark has over twenty-five years of experience as a litigator focused on construction law and business litigation matters.

He represents general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in California in connection with a diverse range of public (both state and federal projects) and private construction projects, including: residential subdivisions, retail and restaurants, schools and universities, military bases, state highways, commercial buildings, hotels, theaters and amusement parks.

Mark also provides pre-litigation services, such as contract review and negotiations, drafting mechanics liens, stop payment notices, public works payment bond claims and federal miller act notices. He also assists clients in the preparation and defense of various claims relating to delays, changes, extra work, deficient plans and specifications, defective workmanship, differing site conditions, mechanics liens, indemnity issues, and various surety bonds.

Mark has successfully represented clients in mediation and arbitration of complex litigation matters.

Outside of the office, Mark’s interests include spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, as well as traveling with his family. He also enjoys a variety of sports, including professional and college basketball, baseball and football.
