Chris has prepared, advocated and successfully resolved a large variety of claims for his clients, including: total cost claims; productivity and delay claims; change order claims; claims for defective workmanship; pass through claims; insurance coverage disputes; labor audits and reviews; stop notice claims; and mechanic’s lien claims.

Chris has also handled surety-specific matters, including: performance bond claims; project takeover and completion efforts; indemnity disputes; asset investigation and liquidation; bankruptcy and insolvency matters; payment bond claims; subdivision bond claims; set aside agreement disputes; bad faith claims; and surety financing.

In all aspects of his practice, Chris is not only mindful of his obligation to vigorously defend his clients, but also considers each client’s business interests. Chris works with each client to find a legal strategy that works best for each client’s bottom line.
