Dominick Weinkam is a senior associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean office. He focuses his practice on construction, federal government contracts, and surety litigation. His experience includes navigating complex contract and bond claim disputes on major infrastructure projects involving design-build and Public Private Partnership delivery methods.

Dominick is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the George Washington University Law School. In law school, Dominick served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Public Contract Law Journal. He also worked as a legal intern with the Procurement Law Group of the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel.

Outside of the law, Dominick enjoys hiking, cooking, and a competitive game of pick-up basketball.
