Amanda Marutzky is a partner in Watt Tieder’s Irvine office focusing her practice in the areas of surety and lending, construction and general commercial litigation. Amanda advises clients on contract administration and disputes related to public and private construction projects in various state, federal and alternative dispute resolution fields. Amanda also manages all phases of litigation and resolution in connection with claims for and against surety clients, including: performance bond claims; project takeover and completion efforts; indemnity disputes; asset investigation and liquidation; bankruptcy and insolvency matters; and payment bond claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda was with Bryan Cave LLP as part of their banking and commercial litigation team. She also has experience in the area of insurance defense litigation having handled a variety of matters, including breach of contract, and tort liability.
