Stephanie Rolfsness is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean office.  She focuses her practice in the areas of construction litigation and government contracting. Stephanie has experience representing owners and contractors in litigation as well as arbitration proceedings involving breach of contract and delay claims. Through these matters, Stephanie has gained extensive experience in handling complex discovery issues, preparing pre-trial motions, and managing alternative dispute resolution. Most recently, as part of a dedicated team, Stephanie helped secure a significant monetary award, inclusive of professional fees and costs, in a binding arbitration proceeding involving delay and inefficiency damages.

Stephanie graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review as well as a Myers Fellow for the legal research and writing program. Stephanie also worked as a judicial extern for Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy at the United States Tax Court, and completed an externship for the Department of Justice in the Criminal Tax Division.  She joined Watt Tieder as an associate after having clerked for the firm as a Summer Associate.
