Rick Mann focuses on both commercial and surety matters and has litigated in numerous domestic and international forums. He represents contractors, suppliers, sureties and owners in a wide variety of construction and commercial matters. His practice includes the preparation, review and negotiation of contract documents, the provision of advice concerning contract administration and the preparation, evaluation, negotiation and litigation of claims.

Among his more important engagements are an international arbitration involving a Saudi construction project; an international arbitration concerning an embassy project; a federal lawsuit pertaining to a coal gas pipeline; a board hearing concerning a default termination of a government contract; a domestic arbitration concerning a major court house project; and state civil actions involving the dismantlement of an ammonia plant in Mississippi for export to Pakistan, the Miller Park baseball stadium in Milwaukee, a coal processing plant in Wyoming and a major water tunnel in southern California. Additionally, Mr. Mann has lectured internationally and in the United States concerning a range of construction contract and dispute issues.
