Magdalene Eallonardo is an associate attorney at Watt Tieder’s McLean, Virginia office. She concentrates her practice in construction, commercial litigation, government contracts, and suretyship law. Magdalene represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in complex disputes, such as delay and disruption claims, design and defect disputes, payment and performance bond obligations, and default terminations. She is also well-versed in the federal contracting framework, including bid protests and claims brought under the Contract Disputes Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Magdalene has experience litigating in state and federal courts across the country, as well as before boards of contract appeals and other administrative forums. Her practice spans all phases of claim management, including pre-litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution. She joined Watt Tieder as a first-year associate after clerking for the firm.

Magdalene earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served as a senior staff member on the American University Business Law Review. She also holds an LL.M. in International, Comparative, and European Law from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (LUISS) in Rome, Italy. Prior to law school, Magdalene received her B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Xavier University.
