Kristopher Hiser is an associate with Watt Tieder in McLean, Virginia. He focuses his practice on construction, government contracts and suretyship law. He joined Watt Tieder as an associate after having clerked for the firm as a summer associate.

Kristopher has represented clients in a variety of disputes arising from construction projects, including breach of contract, delay and disruption, defective design, and changes clause claims, as well as bid protests, and actions involving differing site conditions. Through such matters, Kristopher has gained valuable experience in complex discovery disputes, case development and strategy, pre-trial motions practice, alternative dispute resolution, and hearings before several tribunals, including the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and state courts.

Kristopher graduated magna cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he served on the Trial Advocacy Board and as a research editor on the George Mason Law Review. Before entering law school, Kristopher worked as a commercial wallcovering subcontractor, where his responsibilities included project oversight and personnel management.
