Kristopher Hiser is an associate with Watt Tieder in McLean, Virginia. He focuses his practice on construction, government contracts and suretyship law.

Kristopher has represented clients in a variety of disputes arising from construction projects, including bid protests, bond claims, delays and disruptions, defective designs, changes clause claims, differing site conditions claims, and breaches of contract. Through such matters, Kristopher has gained valuable experience in complex discovery disputes, case development and strategy, pre-trial motions practice, alternative dispute resolution, and hearings before various federal and state courts, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. He joined Watt Tieder as an associate after having clerked for the firm as a summer associate.

Kristopher graduated magna cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he served as a research editor on the George Mason Law Review and as a member of the Trial Advocacy Board. Before entering law school, Kristopher worked as a commercial wallcovering subcontractor, where his responsibilities included project oversight and personnel management.
