I am proud to be celebrating 25 years as a construction litigator. I have the privilege of representing owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and sureties through the full range of the construction lifecycle, including contract drafting and negotiation, claim management, dispute resolution, and pursuing client interests through high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and appeals. My national construction practice emphasizes quality, efficiency, and communication in the management of complex disputes, with a focus on balancing high expectations, competing objectives, and the practical risks of complicated litigation.
