Jacob Kucharski is an associate with Watt Tieder in McLean, Virginia. He joined Watt Tieder as an Associate after having clerked for the firm as a Summer Associate. Jacob focuses his practice in the areas of construction litigation and government contracting. He has experience representing contractors in litigation involving breach of contract, changes clause claims, defective specifications, the False Claims Act and delay claims. Through these matters, Jacob has gained valuable experience handling complex discovery issues and extensive pre-trial motions practice.

Jacob graduated from The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in government contracts. During law school, he served as a Notes Editor on the Public Contract Law Journal and was on the board of the Military Law Society and a member of the Mock Trial Board. Jacob also worked as a law clerk for the Organized Crime Unit of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office.
