Henry Taylor is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean, Virginia office. He concentrates his practice in construction, government contracts, and suretyship law.

Henry has represented clients in disputes arising from an array of complex construction projects, including defense contractor facilities, marine construction, hotels, residential complexes, roadways, tunnels, and prisons. Henry has represented clients in a variety of matters, including design defect, differing site condition, delay and changes clause claims. Through such matters, Henry has gained valuable experience in preparing pre-trial and dispositive motions, resolving complex discovery disputes, and developing cost-effective case strategy.  Henry regularly makes appearances in a number of federal and state courts and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. He joined Watt Tieder as an associate after clerking for the firm as a summer associate.

Henry graduated from William & Mary Law School. While in law school, he was a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review as well as the school’s National Trial Team. Before entering law school, Henry worked in the supply chain management industry as a logistics analyst, where his responsibilities included oversight and analysis of a Fortune 500 transportation network.
