Evan Kappatos is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean office. He concentrates his practice in construction litigation, government contracts, and suretyship law. He joined Watt Tieder in 2022 after spending a year working as an associate at a general litigation firm in northern New Jersey.
Evan received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2021. While in law school, Evan was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review, competed in mock trial tournaments as a member of the school’s National Trial Team, and competed in arbitrations as a member the school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to law school Evan worked in sales at a fortune 250 company providing payroll and human resource solutions to local businesses.
