Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP is proud to announce that Senior Partner, Vivian Katsantonis, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL). The ACCL is an invitation-only association for construction law practitioners who are distinguished by their excellence in skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the specialized practice of construction law. The ACCL provides a professional forum for its Fellows to explore and analyze legal and industry issues arising nationally and internationally. The ACCL’s goal is to exemplify, develop and promote the positive role of lawyers and to make a significant contribution to the improvement of the practice of construction law and to the construction industry for all of its participants.

Vivian Katsantonis is a Senior Partner and on the Managing Board at Watt,Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP and her experience includes representing several ENR Top 20 contractors on significant high-stakes projects where she thrives on understanding the complexities involved and achieving successful results.

Vivian’s practice focuses on large, complex construction and government contracts litigation matters and she has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including for industrial and commercial projects and large infrastructure projects, such as power plants, mass transit systems, highways, wastewater treatment facilities, military and secured facilities, hospitals, and multi-family housing developments . Vivian’s representation includes handling every stage of claims and disputes and she has litigated significant matters before federal and state courts, the Board of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the International Chamber of Commerce and in both international and domestic arbitrations.

Vivian was formally inducted as a Fellow on February 24, 2024 at the ACCL 35th Annual Meeting in Carlsbad, California.
