Randall W. Ollie is an attorney in Watt Tieder’s Chicago office. Randall’s practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation as well as suretyship law. He represents a wide variety of construction industry clients, including property owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers, in an extensive array of matters, such as breach of contract, defective design, mechanic’s lien, and delay claims. Randall also represents sureties in matters involving payment and performance bond claims on private and public projects, as well as collateral and indemnity disputes.

Prior to joining Watt Tieder, Randall accrued invaluable experience representing multinational companies in federal and state court litigation, mediation, and international arbitration, with respect to contract, theft of trade secrets, and manufacturing defect disputes.

Randall attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as President and Chapter Historian of the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, he graduated from Oberlin College, where he majored in Politics, gained all-conference recognition as a member of the basketball team, and served as sports editor for the local newspaper.
