Noah Meissner is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean, Virginia office. He concentrates his practice in construction, government contracting, and commercial litigation. He joined Watt Tieder as a first-year associate after having clerked for the firm as a summer associate.
In law school, Noah worked as a legal intern in the Montgomery County State’s Attorneys Office and the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney for Arlington County, Virginia, as well as the Office of Enforcement Operations at the Department of Justice.
