Ethan J. Foster

Ethan Foster is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean office, and concentrates his practice on government contracts and construction litigation.  Prior to joining Watt Tieder, Ethan clerked for the Honorable Victor J. Wolski of the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Ethan’s clerkship gave him extensive familiarity with the litigation process that government contractors undergo in both judicial and administrative proceedings. Prior to clerking, Ethan worked as a Fellow in the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, where he assisted senators in conducting investigations, drafting proposed legislation, and preparing for hearings addressing sophisticated sectors of the economy.

Since joining Watt Tieder, Ethan has continued his focus on government contracts by assisting clients in responding to government-mandated contract changes, navigating Miller Act claims, and developing litigation strategies in the event of a future contractual breach.
