Sarah Bloom is an associate at Watt Tieder’s McLean, Virginia office. She focuses her practice on government contracts and construction litigation. 

Before joining the firm, Sarah served as agency counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. She has represented the Government in bid protests and contract disputes before the Government Accountability Office, the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Since joining Watt Tieder in 2018, Sarah has continued her focus on government contracts by assisting clients in preparing Requests for Equitable Adjustment and certified claims, representing contractors in litigation in federal courts and in pre- and post- award bid protests. Sarah also serves as outside counsel to the federal division of a global engineering firm.

Sarah graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. While she was a student, she served on the Public Contract Law Journal and interned at the D.C. Superior Court.
