Colin C. Holley

Colin Holley’s practice focuses on the litigation of complex business disputes, including matters involving commercial law, real property, unfair competition, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, labor and employment law, and appellate advocacy.  His practice involves trial and arbitration of matters in federal and state courts nationwide.  Prior to joining Watt, Tieder, Colin was for over a decade a partner in the boutique litigation firm he co-founded, HamptonHolley LLP.  Colin was also formerly at DLA Piper where he practiced business and intellectual property litigation and was part of a team that managed and litigated software piracy actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
