Vivian Katsantonis’s practice focuses on complex construction and commercial litigation matters. She has been recognized for her effectiveness and exceptional accomplishments in litigation and trial work by the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society comprised of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Vivian’s representation includes counsel and advice through every stage of litigation and she has litigated significant matters before federal and state courts, the Board of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the International Chamber of Commerce and in both international and domestic arbitrations.

Vivian has represented clients in a broad range of commercial, construction and government contract matters including for industrial and commercial projects and large infrastructure projects, such as power plants, mass transit systems, highways, waste water treatment facilities, military facilities, hospitals, multi-family housing developments and commercial and retail development. Her representation includes advice and strategies on complex legal issues that arise from commercial development and construction projects, and  the preparation, negotiation and litigation of major commercial and construction claims on a national and international level.
